G.O. 24773 ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA, REPUBLICA DE PANAMA LEY No. 29 De 26 de marzo de 2003 Por la cual se aprueban el CONVENIO RELATIVO A GARANTIAS INTERNACIONALES SOBRE ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO MOVIL Y EL PROTOCOLO SOBRE CUESTIONES ESPECIFICAS DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO AERONAUTICO, DEL CONVENIO RELATIVO A GARANTIAS INTERNACIONALES SOBRE ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO MOVIL, firmado en Ciudad del Cabo el 16 de noviembre de 2001 LA ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA DECRETA:
Artículo 1. Se aprueba, en todas sus partes, el CONVENIO RELATIVO A GARANTIAS INTERNACIONALES SOBRE ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO MOVIL Y EL PROTOCOLO SOBRE CUESTIONES ESPECIFICAS DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO AERONAUTICO, DEL CONVENIO RELATIVO A GARANTIAS INTERNACIONALES SOBRE ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO MOVIL, que a la letra dice: CONVENIO RELATIVO A GARANTIAS INTERNACIONALES SOBRE ELEMENTOS DE EQUIPO MOVIL LOS ESTADOS PARTES EN EL PRESENTE CONVENIO, CONSCIENTES de la necesidad de adquirir y usar equipo móvil de gran valor o particular importancia económica y de facilitar la financiación de la adquisición y el uso de ese equipo de forma eficiente, RECONOCIENDO las ventajas de la financiación garantizada por activos y del arrendamiento con ese propósito, y con el deseo de facilitar esos tipos de transacción estableciendo normas claras para regirlos, . …
